The city of Poreč, as well as the whole of Istria, received the jewels of architecture, sports, entertainment, culture and economy with the multipurpose hall on Žatika. It is located right next to the road at the exit from Poreč to Pula and the Istrian Y, and along the county road Vrsar-Novigrad.

The hall itself consists of a large hall with an auditorium into which it descends from the entrance walkway. The fixed auditorium is located on three sides of the sports fields - on the south, west and east sides.

The total capacity of fixed stands is 1,898 seats and 46 seats for VIP visitors and 46 disabled seats.

1. How to get to Poreč?

Poreč has a well-arranged infrastructure so that your arrival by car can go smoothly.

If you are coming from the north, follow Ljubljana - Črni Kal - border crossing Požane - Buzet - Vižinada - Poreč.

If you are coming from the east, follow Zagreb - Rijeka - Učka tunnel - Pazin - Baderna - Poreč.

If you are coming from the south, follow - Pula - Vodnjan - Bale - Sv. Lovreč - Poreč.

If you come by plane Your destination is Pula Airport, only 50 km from the city. Then you can continue by bus, taxi or rent-a-car.

If you decide to travel by bus, there are regular lines from Zagreb, Pula, Split or Dubrovnik.

By train it is possible to come from Ljubljana via Divača to Buzet or Pula. From Zagreb you can reach Pazin via Rijeka, which is only 30 km away from Poreč. You can also arrive by train from Italy.

2. Where is the Sport Fest conference held?

The Sport Fest conference is held in the small hall of Žatika, right next to the fair part. The entrance to the conference is separate from the main entrance to the fair and it is necessary to have a valid registration fee.

3. Where to park during your stay at Sport Fest?

In front of the Žatika sports hall there is a large pebble parking lot which is open and free for all participants and visitors of Sport Fest. If you are staying in one of the offered hotels of our partner-sponsor - you can park your vehicle in front of the hotel and walk to Žatika.

4. When to prepare and when to unpack your stand?

All exhibitors have the option of a preparation period starting the day before the opening of Sport Fest from 7 am until 9 pm. The clearing period lasts from the official closing of the fair from 5 pm to 9 pm or until the next day from 7 am to 9 pm.

5. What is a JUMP award?

The first JUMP awards were given at the Sport Fest 2018 in 5 categories - Sports Tourism, Sports Infrastructure in Cities, Innovations in Sports, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sports Marketing and Sports Events. The JUMP award was launched in order to highlight and reward individuals of that organization in all social spheres that promote and promote sports through their work and projects. The award ceremony will take place at this year's Sport Fest in Poreč.
